2686. Cheesy Chilli Nachos

This was our lunch today and I’m quite proud that it not only tasted delicious but it actually looked like the photo in the recipe book! It’s from one of the Pinch of Nom books and if you’ve never heard of them, do look them up as the recipes are amazing!

Housework this morning then a lazy afternoon for us both…lunch over…washing up done and now we can relax a bit!
