Cat Nest

This morning I noticed Minstrel had made a little nest for himself on our bed. He looked cute so I took the chance to get a Blip early on today, as it is a Double Day! It hasn't come out super-well. It would have been better if I'd opened the curtain but I didn't want to disturb him.

Minstrel is currently "helping" his Dad fix some drawers in Grace's room.  Maybe I should have waited and Blipped that - it sounds quite entertaining from down here

I went to my Dad's - all OK over there. He has a full calendar of appointments for next week including the rebooked eye screening from yesterday. 

He is also going to visit my Mum. The suggestion of taking her out for lunch has now been changed into taking a picnic or take away to eat in the grounds of the home, as he would have to arrange specialist transport, a wheelchair etc. as her mobility has continued to decline. He thinks it is due to being in the home and maybe it has not helped, but she had become much less mobile in the months prior to going in there anyway.

Work again tonight but back at Regal. It will be busy but I don't mind - I know exactly what I'm doing and where everything is there! Then another weekend off - hurrah!! It will be much more fun if I get paid tonight. I've had no wages for two weeks now.

We are going to Leeds tomorrow to watch Rugby - nervous and excited in equal measure. Wigan play Saints who are currently the top team and our big local rival. It's a cup semi-final though so anything can happen! We will also get to see the women's final and the other semi final between Hull KR and Huddersfield.
