Keep your friends close and your anemones closer!

On the way to Carmarthen we stopped at Whitland Abbey to walk the dogs and came across this fine display of wood anemones by a babbling brook.

After shopping and a fine lunch in Y Dderwen (The Oak) we visited the wood and discovered our own wood anemones and wood sorrel in flower.

Still waiting for the bluebells to burst into flower.....
