MINDFUL

Took a mindful walk around the lake today…just me no Daisy even…it was nice to stop and sit and watch the signs of spring. I took lots of photos and made my first reel on Instagram but this shot is surely the cutest.
It was nice to do this after my quick doctors visit that ended up being minor surgery as he removed a dodgy mole immediately!!! Nothing scary it’s just he had space and was book until July so why not.
Big brave girl with 3 stitches .. :)))))))
