Early Morning Walk
After weeks of good intentions, I finally got around to listening to the whole 15 minutes of Dr Michael Mosley’s first podcast of the series “Just one thing”. He suggests you take a walk within 2 hours of waking up each morning to improve your sleep, mood and general health. So this morning I set off for a walk along the Drove Road at 9 am. I wonder how long I will be able to keep this up for ? (Only 25 more podcasts to listen to).

After my walk we visited Kirsty to see the greenhouse she has assembled in her and Steve’s garden and then Mary and I spent time (and money) in Dobbies garden centre while Mark went to the Royal Infirmary for another scan
