Frigg’s Day

Happy Friday! • Friday is named after Frigg, the Norse Goddess of love, beauty and fertility; she is the wife of Odin, the one-eyed God of war and death • Shame on those of you who assumed I was saying a bad word :) • A low-key day here. Other than some weeding, and bringing four bags of potting mix to the backyard at 56 lbs. each, not much else is happening! We did stop by the Post Office, then the river for this shot of Captain Cormorant on his channel marker. You can just barely make out the double-crest on his head, which signals it’s breeding season!
