Paperwork!

Filling in my paperwork ready for my kitchen inspection!! I’m going to be selling my baking as a sideline.

Brownies, cheesecakes and cupcakes will be my niche, I love baking these and I can save the stress and eventual joy of birthday cakes for family and close friends.

A busy day, getting 11 miles in before the kids started school, work and training clients! I baked a cake for the neighbour and some carrot cake mini cakes for Paul’s work mates to try!! I’m done and ready for hopefully a more relaxing weekend!
