Buzzed by a Hummer

I am grateful to have spent last evening and today with Peggy and Richard (aka Kangazu and Wall). We tried to beat the heat at the Living Desert and Zoo by meeting early. 

The most fun was when this little hummer buzzed around us, going from flower to flower. Thankfully is was in the shade and cooler.

We ended up at the giraffes. The baby that was born in February was on full display. (see extra) 

It was pretty hot by the time we said our good byes. Until we meet again, dear friends!
