Helston Flora day.

The weather was perfect for the dancers .Helston was packed with people.we went to catch the bus before nine has we wanted to see Demelza and Ellie dance the. Bus was a hour late and did not stop has it was full.we walked to the bus stop by the harbour to wait for the next bus which was a hour later that was also full so we and many others were left.it was now ten to eleven and the children's dance starts at 9.50. a lady gave us a lift through the back roads and dropped us off opposite lidls and by the time we walked to the bowling green the children's dance had finished.we were so disappointed .we sat and waited for the midday dance which arrived at the bowling green at two.the weather was perfect for the day has the last flora day was 2019 due to the pandemic.
