Families

S, N , N and I went out for a lovely walk this afternoon through the estate nearby. It was very peaceful and we saw swans, moorhen, a heron, lots of barnacle geese and several mallard. This female with her 10 ducklings behind was sailing very contentedly around one of the smaller ponds whilst another female was getting rather irritated by the hot pursuit of not 1 but 2 males! 
Very peaceful:) 
In other news Mum has a very black and green bruise round her eye and a badly bruised hand ( the one she damaged in December) but is otherwise ok.
