Red Blossom

This is the blossom of a legacy tree.  I didn't plant it so I assume it was a tree of fols who owned the land before we built our house.  I can't remember the blossom appearing last year but theis year it is beyond glorious.  It grows on the path to the front door and always causes a pause of wonder and gratitude, just love it.
