Cheerful Yellow

This is the view I see at this time of year as I drive back from The Mate's. I only had my phone but I had to capture it as a cheerful blip.

I went to The Mate's this morning to see the family again, but to tell the truth, I can't remember what we did. I think I went to visit a neighbour with the news. What I can remember is that at 2 pm, we went to The Pot Place, a local cafe, for a bite to eat and a chance to get away from things.

We went on a local tour and I pointed out places of interest to the Hebrideans, including the woodland where previous family ashes have been sprinkled.

Now I remember the morning! The Mate's Son made egg and bacon butties! Lovely!
