They gave him a good send-off

At the Bluebell Railway today, to celebrate the life of one of Mr. Beewatcher’s fellow volunteers who was unable to have a proper funeral because of lockdown rules. How pleased he would have been to see his name displayed on a vintage steam engine.
The extra is in all respects a little thing, but I just love it.
