Day Out in Hull

We had a trip out to Hull this afternoon for The Yorkshire Photographic Union Exhibition.  

We had a wander around the exhibition and picked up our catalogues first - Tim had three prints accepted, and Sharon got four prints accepted and one of hers got a certificate.  In the digital category, Tim got two accepted including one with a certificate and Sharon also got two, also one with a certificate.

In the afternoon we attended the assembly, where we were presented with our certificates and watched a slideshow of the digital acceptances.  It was nice to get back to a little bit of normal - the event hasn't run for the past two years.

Our camera club, Ilkley, came joint second overall by just 0.1 points.  We were third in prints overall, and second in digital.

The blip came from a piece of art around the Hull University campus, and the extra shows some of the creative prints - you may recognise some of them from old blips of mine!
