(Less Murky) Lomond View

A bit of brightness to start the day, but it soon clouds over and a spell of heavy rain, which annoys the cats. The new axle for the wheel arrives. No time to look at how to fit it. Work gets in the way.

A nice lunchtime walk, it is dry. the sun is drying up the morning dampness quite quickly. A better view of the Lomond Hills today.

A the gravel bike is out of action, I opt for the road bike for the after work ride. Quite breezy, so I'm glad I don't have mudguards, which can act like sails sending me in a different direction, or a parachute slowing me down. A fairly fast ride in sunny conditions for 34.7 km.
