That one...

..looks bigger and better!  It almost seemed as though that's what the tui was thinking.   While there have been birds in the tree each day for the past couple of weeks it hasn't been a feeding frenzy. Today that changed. The fruit is riper and now much softer and the smell of  the discarded half eaten fruit fermenting is quite noticeable.  Some rain is forecast for tomorrow night which will be very welcome.
