Pump!

We had a nice lazy morning, interspersing packing up with games of Yahtzee and Mancala.

Next we stopped briefly by Lauder Common where some friends of Cyclops were experimenting with radios.

We had lunch at Loulabelles in Innerleithen where we have been before.  Once again it was delicious.  Then we biked to Peebles and back (12 miles) with a brief stop at the Pump Track in Cardrona on the way back.

We enjoyed stopping to watch a foal charging madly around a field, returning to nuzzle it's mother at regular intervals.

It's been a good trip for spring calves and lambs, and we've also seen baby rabbits, pheasants, grouse, and a heron.

Lovely sunshine all day.
