Foal Play

I don't know much about horses. I just asked Mrs Google about whether you need a licence in Ireland to have one. You need to have your horse microchipped and each horse must have a horse passport. I had a feeling by the state of the horses in the field that that might be a loose requirement. One of the horses in particular had a very matted coat and could have done with a proper grooming.  I felt sorry for the foal, I think that if it was in a better invirorment that it would thrive on a bit of TLC.
