How big Sycamores grow!

Along the street they're 're paving the footpath damaged by this tree.
Theyve also dug a deep hole in the road which looks like they're going to chop the roots ? Will that not cause the tree to topple over ?
Not that I'm a tree surgeon. 
I enjoyed two TV programmes yesterday.The canoe man(from over the River) and the Antiques road show more local from Woodhorn Colliery musuem.a brilliant place.
I went to the Supermarket to buy more plants.
The Drs surgery rang with my foot X-ray results.They showed slight 
degeneration.I think that's what she said.
I guess I've to continue to hobble !
