Milcote

This is taken at Milcote and the seat is made of old railway sleepers.
On our morning walk we went walking in ‘Bend field’ but didn’t get far as the cows were just coming up the fields. Then work. On our evening walk we went to Milcote and walked to Knobs crossing and back. The birds were singing merrily and there were lots of wild flowers. I saw purple vetch, pink campion, speedwell, buttercups, bluebells, cow parsley, white dead nettles, and others, some I didn’t know. There was a very cute one with little purple star shaped flowers . Back home now, the dogs have had their supper. Pierce is munching a chew and Sid has just come in from a run around the garden.
