A lot of glass

Went to Leicester for the 2nd time in a week. This time to collect the chinos I bought last week after they had been shortened.

Not a brilliant day for rail travel. The train I was going to get back home was cancelled ('shortage of drivers') and many others were also cancelled or delayed ('a person was hit by a train'). They apologised for 'any inconvenience caused' by the latter incident. Can't help thinking there is some dark ironic humour in there somewhere....
