A cheerful corner
Alastair and I went for a quick 5 mile walk this morning.
I worked out the route for the group he goes with on some Thursdays. It's also a pleasant short route for me (and for Arth, who is struggling to regain fitness again).
It was fine and the views were good.
In the woods, we passed by this bracket fungus that someone has cheered by making it into a face.
This afternoon I managed to see the end of The Cane Field Killings on Channel Four. Not for the squeamish, but a different slant on a detective story. Set in South Africa so there were similarities with Botswana. I thought it was a bit two dimensional, but I needed to see the end!!
