My unmade bed

I would like to say that my stay in Hammersmith hospital has shown me the great work of the hospital. Putting aside the world class surgeon and his team the ward was administered in a way that was personal. Institutions can at a certain level become rule based and well..... institutionalised. This ward generated a feeling of freedom and the patients felt confident to ask anything and indeed nothing was too much trouble. Except for one guy who asked a nurse to get him a Nandos.
