Monday: Trudeau?

It was K’s birthday today so I took the day off.  We didn’t have any grand plans but it was still nice not to be working.  I’m hoping it wasn’t too dull a day - there isn’t scope for significant present buying as we don’t have a lot of luggage capacity.  But it was still nice to just potter around together.

We had dim sum breakfast which was nice.  We spotted this mural in Chinatown.   I think it looks like a young Trudeau.

The plan was for me to cook dinner tonight.  Fact is, my timings are all over the place so K., who is much more accomplished in the kitchen, ended up very discreetly taking over.
