Bulk cooking

Normally our cooking is fairly small scale: cooking for the family and sometimes for guests. However, this weekend, my wife is preparing the food for a Quiz night, run to raise some funds for my Photographic Society. The evening includes a 2 course meal, with a choice of food, for well over 100 people. This means buying ingredients in bulk. On the right you see the normal size tins of tuna we would buy (160g), but today she bought this 1.3kg tin in addition. She is now busy getting ahead preparing what she can for Saturday night.
