The Queen of Hearts

Today's Mono Monday challenge, set by our host this month FrankS is something connected to Lewis Carroll's Alice, either her Adventures in Wonderland or Through the Looking Glass.
Mr MC and I spent most of the day at a local garden centre, browsing, buying and then  enjoying an excellent lunch.  While there we saw some beautiful Alice themed garden games but alas I had neither seen today's theme nor took any photos.  Once home I had only playing cards at my disposal so here they are: the Queen of Hearts, met by Alice during her Adventures in Wonderland, accompanied by her husband, the King of Hearts, the naughty Knave of Hearts, who stole the Queen's tarts and the King and Queen's ten children!  The Queen of Hearts is often confused with The Red Queen, who appears in Through the Looking Glass, but they are not to be confused!
