Before the Rain

The view from the 7th tee, there were a few spots of rain starting to fall. There were a few more by the time we reached the green and the sky behind was getting darker so we decided on an early exit from the course and just played the front nine. Turned out to be a good idea as pretty soon it was chucking it down.
I’d been out early to drop the car off for repair, finally getting a slot after a bump back in February. Seems everything is taking longer these days. The car might be ready Thursday (it’s not a big repair job) but it seems there are problems getting parts, problems with a lack of mechanics, just problems, problems. So expectations are low!
