New term….

Using candle wax and ink wash. We did a couple of drawings using a candle… blind drawing.. then adding an ink wash over the top. I found this easier and more freeing than the other way round. Drawing the figure first then adding the wax, followed by the ink. So this is the picture I liked best, following the first way.
