Looking Through the Round Window

We're home after our weekend away. Matilda preformed marvellously. 

My Blip is of the seals at Seal Sands just south of Hartlepool. I only took my phone so no close-ups but I thought the observation station was worth including. 

In the distance you can see the old cooling towers from a redundant power station across the River Tees from Middlesbrough. Behind me is the Hartlepool nuclear power plant and an area where they are constructing wind turbines destined for Scotland. 

After this we went back to the Hartlepool Museum then onto a pub lunch with some friends. It has been a busy but enjoyable weekend. ;o)
