Not a new photo

This is a bit cheeky, this pic cropped up on social media. Or was taken in a village hall in a quiet village in Essex in 1992 or 93. The band on stage are called slagheap. I'm still good friends with Dave on the left on guitar. Unlike the village they were not quiet and they could clear the village hall of an audience in seconds. 

These were my 6th form years and gigs in village halls were fairly regular. It was brilliant and I think we were lucky that these gigs happened. I can't imagine any village committee would accept a booking from a bunch of 17 and 18 year olds wanting to play a gig these days.
