Trooping the Colour dress rehearsal!

I was out at 0600 taking in the sights before breakfast. I have never seen so many Police and all their dogs. I also saw the Pelicans snoozing on the St James Park lake. The screech of the parakeets added to the soundscape of a May morning before the world wakes up. I spent the rest of the day in the conference which was excellent. At 183O it was all change for a formal black tie dinner. Very indulgent I have to confess!
