It's been beautifully bright and dry today but still ferociously windy. Still it was the first sandals day of the year - sandals sun hat and string top - only in the polytunnel obviously - had to change back into boots and add two layers to go outside, but even so...

I took a different route home today, climbed a big hill between Baltimore and Lough Ine and found a sheltered spot in the lee of the hill where I could get out of the car without being blown away, to take this picture looking east towards Toe Head. The signalling tower there can just be seen on the horizon.
