The Mound

Up and away early doors this morning as we’d decided to spend the day in Edinburgh (Meadowbank) with no 1 son. He treated us to a tasty lunch and then we made our way to the airport via Princes Street Gardens. We arrived early anticipating long queues but it was much quieter than expected. All on time and smooth journey. We’re in our flat in Valencia now. Just back from having beers and tapas. We’re further out of town than we’re used to and 5 flights up (no lift). That said it’s a nice flat (with great views) and excellent value for money. On the plus side we won’t need to do any other exercise than climb up and down the stairs!
