Blue Skies

Finally! What a lovely day! Not a drop of rain! Chilly but oh so lovely in the sun. I played golf with the ladies this morning and then meetings all afternoon, but good ones. Followed by an impromptu invitation from my neighbor for a glass of wine, no champagne actually, in her garden. (Her son owns a winery!) We had a lovely time catching up.

But I didn’t have a lovely wander in the garden when I got home. I like this contrast of colors and textures - Nigella foliage contrasting with the silver artemisia.

Home again to do all the usual cat feedings and trash to the curb and dinner prep - husband is away for a week so lovely alone time but it comes with all the stuff he usually does!
