Preparation

I’m sorry I didn’t have a nice wide architectural blip for the Wednesday challenge. It was raining when we drove to the doctors for our Covid booster and too dark when we came home. I like architecture so it’s a shame I didn’t get something useful.

Instead I have blipped the start of my dinner prep, I use egg plant instead of pasta to make a lasagna. It turned out very tasty.
