Many thanks for the comments, stars and hearts for yesterday’s two monarch butterflies - one as a triptych showing how black the chrysalis becomes as the butterfly is about to emerge. The colour of the wings are visible and so are the shape of the eyes if you look carefully. Nature never ceases to amaze me.
