Eye Saw You

Hebe was fast asleep, so I approached slowly with the camera, but then she spotted me!

Went running this morning and managed to do the 5k with a warm up/down fast walk. I'm not up to any sort of speed yet but pleased with my progress with 4 weeks to go until the Heroes Run. It totally chucked it down on route, but I think that helped.
