Russian occupation forces blockade Mariupol for information and concealment of the truth.
The occupiers severely blocked all information flows to and from the city. You may be surprised, but Mariupol residents are now convinced that Russian soldiers are going to Khreshchatyk, Kharkiv is under Russian control, and every Mariupol resident is sent to the front when he leaves.
At the same time, in order to maintain this blockade, the occupiers strictly control the photo and video shooting of citizens.
You can't even start taking selfies without the separate permission of the soldiers, and even when you get them, the Russian soldier is always there and monitors what you've done. Only FSB propagandists and "volunteers" can film in the city.
When leaving the city for "filtering", all content that can show the truth of life is removed.
Therefore, now in Russian propaganda you can see pictures of "peaceful life", and Mariupol residents are horrified that "Zelensky called all Mariupol residents traitors and promised everyone a prison."
