it's good to be feeling capable this past week. After months of tired muddle,  I no longer feel quite so wrung out. I can get to the end of the day these days. A TIA in January was a step backward, but that, in turn, led to an investigation that discovered a hole in my heart. a congenital defect that many people have, and seals up early on. For some, like me, it doesn't and it can cause blood clots. Hence strokes and TIAs. The aim is to close it in the next month or so. 
So today's to-do list was virtually completed, with the camera in hand at sunset a bonus.
