Courgette Surprise

I spotted this lovely courgette flower as Mark and I left the house to go to the Western (again!) this morning for the start of. Mark’s second cycle of chemotherapy.

This evening my friend Isabel came for tea with me and Mary.  We have known each other since our children were young when we were neighbours and she is currently visiting her friends in Scotland (she lives in Yorkshire now).  It was lovely to catch up
