Yesterday I completely forgot to write up about my visit to the consultant, I have indeed got a frozen shoulder but no tears in the shoulder or bicep and no arthritis either ! So I opted to have a steroid injection there and then . I will go back in 8 weeks and if it’s helped or helping I can have another one .
When my right shoulder froze it took two steroid injections for it to completely heal .
Some people will wait out the frozen shoulder as it seems to go after 2 or 3 years …. Let me get this quite straight, there is no way on this bloody planet that I’d willingly put up with the pain and a useless shoulder . I can’t even peg my washing out as it has such limited mobility, WHYYYYYYYYYYY wouldn’t you want it fixed … I was fair shocked at how many people have told me they left it rather than go to the doctors… masochistic that’s what !!!
