In the pink ...

Busy day but a good one* - yoga in the morning, quick lunch and then volunteering in book shop. It was a busy afternoon but also fun to chat to customers and donors. 

T made tea - trying a new dish which involves glazing salmon with a bourbon (amongst other things) very tasty. 

I then attended a meeting of the bonfire organising committee -  we went to the last one in Nov 2019 and really enjoyed it and so offered to help as a way o giving back to community. I hadn't appreciated just how much work goes into it - both the actual organisation of fireworks and bonfire and the fundraising which underpins it. 

Continued watching one of our current box sets (The Last Kingdom - surprisingly enjoyable ) followed by Derry Girls. 

Oh ... and one of my rhododendrons is about to bloom. 


* with the exception of no coffee this morning as milk had gone sour
