Geocaching in Amsterdam

A backblip after a very long day yesterday.

I went with Rick and Paul on a geocaching day trip to Amsterdam. It was something that had been arranged for a couple of years ago and had then been postponed a couple of times because of COVID.

We had a brilliant day and walked miles on what was my first trip abroad for two years. I was up at 3am and didn't get home until midnight but it was well worth it. The geocaching itself was a great success and we only failed on one which we are pretty sure was missing.The extra shows Rick recovering a cache.

Despite all the scare stories about Manchester airport we sailed through security and as we were already checked in and had no luggage it was a breeze. To be fair there didn't seem to be any long queues for check in either.
