Reject treats

Chocolate treats have been arriving all week for Ian’s birthday. People know him so well!

Some things he is not found if so he has pulled those out for me. They are now happily filling up my energy et NCIS chocolate stash cupboard.

No walking for me for a bit as the underneath of my big toe is rather sore. That is a sign to keep off my feet before Sesamoiditis/Tendonitis flares up again.

I did walk on a side sloping route the other day which is what I think annoys my foot so will avoid that route in future. It doesn’t seem to be getting worse so hopefully a few days rest is all it needs
