Playing Blip catch-up once again!

I was due to lead a Ramblers walk around Bonnybridge in early May and thought I had better do a recce, just to make sure the route was safe and passable. It was,

I had led a similar walk on 1st March and suggested a return visit in early May would be a good idea - the blossom in Wellpark Terrace Gardens would be at its best and the Canal towpath, closed for repairs in March, would have reopened. Well, I got one out of two correct: the blossom (extra) was already past its best, having bloomed early this year, but the works on the Canal towpath (main photo) had been completed and it was now again open for pedestrian and cycle traffic.
