Favourites

It was hard to leave this lovely spot today! I have had such a good camping trip this weekend - the first of the season. I am sure that this will be a favourite site for me - not far from home, and there’s more to explore!

I had to leave because it was another work day! Thankfully my flight to Boston isn’t until 6pm, so I had plenty of time to slowly pack up this morning and I even had time for a short walk. I left the campsite by 11am and was home by 1230 with a stop for petrol - I always like to have a full tank, ready for the next camping adventure at a moment’s notice if need be! I had two hours at home, more than enough time to shower and get my uniform on. My suitcase was packed before I left for my camping trip.

I had a very special passenger on my flight this evening. I know we’re not supposed to have favourite passengers, but I just can’t help it sometimes. Hamley enjoyed the inflight entertainment and thankfully was always compliant when the seatbelt sign came on and I walked through to check the cabin.
