Keeping an eye on me

The most difficult thing about setting up my new iPad was the email accounts, but all sorted now.  I just have to wait for the delivery of the magnetic folder and connectors.  I certainly wasn't going to pay Apple's prices for those.

It was a sunny morning with a rather cool breeze, and it's clouded over this afternoon.

A family on the other part of our close volunteered to take in a Ukrainian family, and I see that they have finally arrived, and the little girl has already been accepted at the local school and has her uniform.  Another couple are still waiting for their family to arrive.

I wondered what was decimating the laurel and found the culprit, which I placed on the bird bath to photograph.  It is now in the green bin (with vegetation), but will have to wait another couple of weeks for despatch.
