Mechelen

Up early to catch Eurostar to Brussels for a 2 day ESG Strategy meeting with my European team.

The journey across was relatively quiet.

Meeting was delayed as one of the team missed their train connection, so we had a wander around the depot instead.  Quite a few H&S and environmental improvements need to be made, if I was to judge it by UK standards.

In the night we were staying in Mechelen, the square is in the blip, and went to an Escape Room, which was a brilliant laugh.  For about the first half hour we didn't open one lock, but after we got one we were on a roll.

Good chats in the evening for a meal and walk back to the hotel.  If only it was like that always.

The grand St.Pancreas hotel from the front is in the Extra, I blipped the side yesterday.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  A safe trip to Brussels
2.  Good food
3.  A great laugh in the escape room
