Separating work and free time

Stated above worked well today! 

Went for a walk with Djeili that turned out longer than expected and was very nice. Very hot again, and we were glad that Djeili could go for a dip from time to time.

Afterwards, visited my horse, Farina. Mid-June, she will go up to the alp again. 

In the next few weeks, I will try to live more after the principle "Life needs to be touched, not strangled." (Ray Bradbury gave us that great quote),  trying to avoid too much overthinking about the program and my to-dos for my days. It just makes me stressed out.
