Doc & Prof

I'm catsitting my neighbour's cats; Doc & Prof.  They are rescue cats and one is more timid. You may notice that their left ears have been cut.  What vile wretch could harm these poor creatures?!
Headed to town after feeding all animals.

At lunchtime a Rentokil paid an impromptu visit. A report of rats on our side of the street has been reported. Given that we are semi-attached, I can only surmise this is our rather unfriendly neighbour.  Mr Rentokil searched tge back of our house and found no incriminating evidence of rats.  I mentioned we had foxes in the neighbourhood and Mr Rentokil reckoned they would certainly keep the rat population down.  Neighbour is constantly shooing neighbours' cats away and complained about our cats when we had them.  Maybe she should embrace them as ratcatchers.

We once were a 4 pet household, 3 cats and a tortoise, followed by 2 cats, tortoise and hound, then 2 cats and hound and now one hound.  Sadly our road now has too much traffic for cats.

Have a pleasant evening and stay safe.
